Gestión Smart is the trading name under which The Consulting Company OÜ provides the automated telephone answering service described on this site. The company is entered in the Estonian commercial register under code 14776626.
What this site is
This website is informational and commercial. It describes the service, its features and its price, and lets you request a demo through a form. Nothing is purchased and no payment is made here: the contract is formalised separately, in writing, with the data processing agreement signed before the first call comes in.
The management panel is accessed at panel.gestionsmart.es and is governed by the terms of the service contract, not by this notice.
Terms of use
Browsing this site makes you a user and means that you accept these terms. You undertake to use the website lawfully and not to carry out any activity that could damage it, overload it or prevent other people from using it normally.
The demo form is for businesses and professionals interested in the service. Do not enter your customers’ personal data or any health data in it: it is not the channel for that, and the form itself says so.
