The order, by phone
The caller says what they want and where they want it. The agent notes it down in an order record, with the address and the time, and repeats it aloud before hanging up.

What you read here is what we are building, not what already works.
Coming soon · no date
We are building the logistics side of Gestión Smart. The idea is simple: a call to order something should end with an assigned delivery and a customer who has been notified, without going through a notebook or three different screens.
We are not giving a date because we do not have one yet. When it is ready we will tell you, and until then we would rather you knew exactly what you are signing up for: what exists today, which does work.
Logistics and delivery
It is the only part of the product that we are announcing before it is finished.
What it will solve
In a business that delivers, the order is written down on paper, the route is decided by whoever is driving and the customer gets a call when someone remembers. The idea is for all four to happen in the same record.
The caller says what they want and where they want it. The agent notes it down in an order record, with the address and the time, and repeats it aloud before hanging up.
Every order has a name behind it: who is taking it and in which vehicle. If nobody takes it, the order stays in view instead of getting lost.
What stage it is at: being prepared, out for delivery or delivered. The counter can answer without radioing anyone.
One message when the order goes out and another when it arrives, so that the customer stops calling to ask and the phone stays free.
How it fits with what exists today
The agent already answers the phone, recognises callers by their number, opens requests with their reference and sends payment links. Logistics builds on all of that: an order is just another request, with an address and someone assigned.
See what it does todayToday it is created automatically from the number the customer calls from, and merged if it was duplicated. The order is attached there, with the history of what they ordered last time.
Each request has an assignee and a committed date, which the system calculates according to urgency: 4 hours if it is urgent, 24 if it is high, 72 if it is normal and 7 days if it is low. A delivery works the same way.
The agent sends payment links and takes card payments during the call. An order paid for before it leaves is one less problem at the customer’s door.
Leave us your email and we will write to you on the day logistics comes out of the oven. Just one email, and if you would like to try what already works in the meantime, say so in the same form.
It is not part of what you sign up for today, it has no price and we will not bill you for it until it exists and you ask for it. What you sign up for today is the phone answering and the panel, with what appears on the pricing page.
